- In a pan heat oil add chicken piece and ginger garlic paste and fry it. Then add soya sauce vinegar salt red chili powder black pepper powder and mix it well
- Then add hot sauce and ketchup and little water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more. Cook it and keep aside
- In a pan add oil and all vegetables except green onion. Add soya sauce salt black pepper and red chili and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add boiled noodles and green onion and oil. Mix it well and then keep this aside
- For assembling.. In a serving dish spread white boiled rice then spread above fried vegetable noodle then chicken gravy.
