  3. On another pan heat oil and add mustard seeds
  4. Add tomato and carrot and capsicum finely chopped
  5. Add turmeric , red chilly powder , salt , garam masala
  6. Add steamed idlis cut into 4 pieces
  7. Add fried curry leaves on top and mix well
  8. Serve hot with tomato sauce
