  24. 200 g sugar
  25. Cardamon

  1. Pressure Cook Rajma in pressure cooker till 7 whistles (add 4 times water). it will look like this
  2. Take a pan, add ghee heat it and then add cumin seeds and allow it to cook. Then add garlic, onion, green chilli and ginger. Cook it till golden brown colour. Then add coriander powder and deghi mirch powder to it. After that add tomato puree and cook it for few minutes till tomato gets cooked
  3. Put Pressure cooked rajma into the tadka along with the water in the cooker. Then cook it for 10-15 mins.
  4. Heat a new pot and add oil and cumin seeds into it and put washed rice and cook it for a minute. After that add Water to it and allow it to get cooked with lid on till the rice get cooked.
  5. In the meantime prepare the batter of instant jalebi. Take all purpose flour, add Curd, baking powder and water. Prepare a batter of pouring consistency
  6. Heat oil in a pan and prepare sugar syrup with 1 part sugar and 3/4 part water, add cardamon and safron to the syrup. Setup the area.
  7. Fill the batter in the piping bag and make jalebis when get cooked dip it in sugar syrup.
  8. Serve hot
