  1. Wash and Soak rice in water for an hour
  2. Chop all ur vegetables like, onion, tomatoes, potatoes, coriander leaves

  6. Squeeze 1 lemon juice and kasuri methi and coriander leaves then add water according to ur rice quantity
  7. Let it boil and keep it on low flame for 10 minutes off the stove let it rest for 20 minutes then serve it with salad or curd raita
  8. Tip of the day : never serve rice wile it’s very hot or immediately after cooking let it rest for 10-20 minutes then serve as per ur choice anytime later on !!!
