  1. First of all, take a bowl add all dal and rice soak for 3 hours.
  2. Add 1 cup curd and grind to a smooth but slightly coarse paste.
  3. Add bottle gourd, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, chili powder in it. Now add pinch of Eno fruit salt and oil. Mix it well.
  4. Take a Kadai. Add oil, Mustard seeds, curry leaves, cumin seeds, Asafetida, sesame seeds. Add the Half batter in it cover with lead. Cook for 5 minutes. change the side. Again cook for 5 minutes.
