Aik pan m oil add kar k usmy onion ko light brown krein then gunger garlic paste add krein or thora sa water then after 1 minute usmy chicken, tomatoes and potatoes ko add krein or 10 minutes tak bhunlein.then usmy yogurt, Biryani masala,salt and sabut garam masala add kar k 2 minutes tak or bhunein ab itna water add krein k jismy chicken and potatoes soft hojae or us pani m aloo bukara b add krdein or cover kar k rkhdein jab tak chicken and potatoes soft hojaein.
  2. Gravy jab dry hojae tow usmy green chillies add krdein or phr usmy rice ki layer lgaein then usmy onion, coriander and mint leaves and food color add kar k cover kar k dam k piye rkhdein for 20 minutes.
  3. Rice ko mix krein or serve krein with raita and salad.
