- Heat steamer grease the plate add pour the batter and steam it for 10,12min. Check it with stick.


- Heat oil in tadka pan add musterd, jeera,curry leaves green chillies add little water to it boil for few seconds adding little sugar.

- Cut the prepared dhokla in pieces top with tadka coriander leaves and coconut and serve with chutney and sauce.
