  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  16. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  17. 2 Tsp yogurt

Instructions to make to make Masala wala Pulao

  1. Soak rice in water for 45 min..
  2. Boil chicken in 3 cups water with all whole garam masala for 25 min.. on slow to medium flame..
  3. Strain chicken with strainer, remove all whole garam masala..keep chicken stock aside..
  4. In another big pot add oil fry onion add ginger garlic paste & fry chicken add red chilli power & turmeric powder,yogurt saute it for 2 min.
  5. Add chicken stock in it when it comes to boil add soaked rice in it..
  6. Check water quantity it should be 1 inch above rice chicken..when water bubbles comes add pinch of food colour then slow the flame & put it on dum..
  7. Serve hot enjoy with raita
