- 2-3 tablespoons grated coconut
- 2 cups Rice

- For Chutney
- As required Coconut
- 2 tablespoons Daliya
- 2 tablespoons yoghurt
- 2-3 green chillies
- Few coriander leaves
- As per taste Salt
- For tempering
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Half teaspoon mustard seeds
- Few curry leaves
- 1 whole Red chilli
Instructions to make to make Neer Dosa
- Wash and soak rice overnight. Next morning remove the water and grind it in a mixer to form a smooth paste. Dont add water.
- Now add coconut and grind again.
- Take it out in a big bowl and add salt and water. Consistency should be pouring. Let it rest for 10 15 mins.
- Till then we will make chutney. Cut coconut into small pieces. Add all the ingredients and grind them.
- For tempering in one small Kadai add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds sluppters add curry leaves and red chilli. Pour this over the chutney.
- Take a nonstick pan. Grease it oil and rub tissue paper over it. Now when the pan is hot, pour the batter with the help of a ladle from above so that Jalli is formed. Put some oil on the sides.
- In two to three mins it will start leaving the sides. Fold it and take it out on a plate.
- Serve hot with some chutney or some sabzi. It tastes awesome.
