- 1 cup oil
Instructions to make to make Mutton biryani
- Fry meat in a pan in oil
- Add all spices kali mirch zeera and all ginger garlic paste in it fry until oil left
- Add tomato and yoghurt granded paste mix well
- Fry until oil left add water 2 cups to tender the meat if not tender add more water to tender
- When it tender make sure the water is full dry
- Take another pan boil rice in it with salt 4 tsp and rice leaf
- Boil until rice 80 percent cook
- Now take it out from water
- In a same pan add little oil spread it add boil rice 2 cups now add yakhni in it little add food color add green chilli and chopped tomato And coriander in it
- Add chopped lemon in it same procedure repeat 2 times
- At last close it and put it in a low flame
- Take a bowl add little oil add long and heat it for tadka in biryani
- Cook in a low flame it's ready to serve
