- Heat a cooker add 3tsp oil, 3 bay leaf, 2 cardamom, 1 cinnamon,4 cloves,half tsp fennel seeds,1 star anise. Add 1 chopped onion,mint leaves saute well.
- Add all vagetables (beans, carrot, patato,green peas,Tamoto) stir well. Add half leamon juice,1tsp curd stir it. Add grind masala mix well.
- Add 2cups of rice and 4 cups of water to it, add salt to taste. Close the lid take 2 wishtel.mix it before serve.
