- Take a Container add Rice 3 Cup, Black Gram 1 Cup, Fenugreek 1 spoon,Chura 1 Cup Soaked it for 5 to 6 hours then after that blend in a mixer jar and make a smooth batter add salt milk well and ferment for 6-7 hour after that Your batter is Ready.Now take all the Veggies and Chopped it.
- For making Uttapam put the batter on oil grease pan after that decorate All the Vegetables and cook for 5-7 min each side and while cooking cover the pan with lid.
- For making Peanut Chutney take a Jar add Roasted Peanut,Curd, Chopped Green fresh Coriander, Green chillies,Salt, Lemon juice mix well in a grinder make a smooth paste.then take a Kadhai or Pan add oil heat it then add Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves,Dry Red Chilli heat for 2 min then add Paste into it and Stir continuously for 5 min if required add some water your peanut Chutney is Ready to Serve with Uttapam 😋🤩
