- 1tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 6 Green chili
- 2 Black cardamom
- 4 Green cardamom
- 12 Black pepper
- 4 Cloves
- 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 2 Bay leaf
- 2 Cinnamon
- 2 Star anise
- For dum
- Colour
- Lemon juice
- Ghee

- Take a pan heat ghee add onion (left some part of onion) and give brown colour and take it out
- And then you a left over part of onion and tomato and green chili in ghee and stir frying for 5 mints and take it out. And blend it with some mint leaves or coriander
- Add all whole spices of gravy and stir it add chicken and ginger garlic pasten sautey for 5 mints
- Then you add all powder masala of gravy and sautey for 2mints
- Add fried onion and grind mixer curd and colour soaked potato(make sure wash coloured potato properly)and then add into gravy
- And sautey well and leave for 10 mints in low flame become potato and chicken tender

- Take a part of cloth piece and put all the rice ingredient
- Take a pot and add half pot of water and give boiling tempreture and then add spice potli and boil at least 20 mints
- When they give all aroma init take it out potli and add soaked rice add 3 tbsp salt
- Strainout Make sure 1part of rice is remaining means not cooked
- Step 3 for dum
- Separate chicken into gravy
- Add in pot 2tbsp ghee and prepare lemon juice 3tbsp with water. Prepare orange colour
- Add first layer of gravy then rice and last add chicken some coriander mint and green chili spread lemon juice and colour init. An give dum for 10 to 15mints
