- 1/4 tsp jaifal
- 1 tsp turmeric powder

- as required Oil
- 1/2 tsp keora water
- 1/2 tsp rose water
Instructions to make to make Dum Chicken biryani
- Half boiled the rice, strain water & keep it aside. Marinate the chicken with turmeric & salt 1/2 an hour.
- Heat a pan add oil put onion dice, saute till it becomes golden brown.
- Add marinated chicken saute till it becomes dry. Add ginger garlic paste saute to cook nicely.
- Add whole garam masala mix it well. Add whipped curd mix it well & cooked till the oil left on the edge of the wok.
- Add half of keora water& biryani masala mix it well & cook for another mint.
- Now Layard the biryani. Take a heavy bottom wok layered rice, then chicken and repeat the same process, likewise layered all, than add keora water, rose water, biryani masala & a spoonful of ghee & 2 tbsp saffron milk. Cover a plate & on the side close with roti dough. Now cook it on low flame 30 mints.
- Dum chicken biryani is ready serve with cucumber.
