  14. For kadhi:
  15. 1 cup sour curd
  16. 2 tablespoon besan
  17. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  18. 1 tbsp green chilli paste
  19. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  20. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  21. 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
  22. To taste Salt
  23. As needed Oil
  24. 3 Curry leaves
  25. 1 tsp Coriander leaves
  26. For white pulav:
  27. 2 cups Cooked Basmati Rice
  28. 3 tbsp Oil
  29. 1 1/2 tsp Jeera
  30. Pinch Hing
  31. 2 medium size Onion Sliced
  32. 1 medium size carrot sliced
  33. 1-2 Green Chillies Slit
  34. to taste Salt
  35. 1/4 cup green peas
  36. 2 medium sized Boiled Potatoes Sliced
  37. 1 medium sized Chopped Green capsicum
  38. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  39. As needed Coriander Leaves for garnishing

Steps to make to make Gujarati dish

  1. Steps for puri:
    Knead a soft dough and rest for a while.

    Now divide into small balls and roll into round shape & heat the oil & fry the puri well.
  2. Steps for bhindi:
    Take a pan and heat the oil at low flame for few minutes. Now add mustard seed after few seconds add chopped bhindi and green chilli in the pan.

    After 5-10 minutes add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric and cumin coriander powder in mixed vegetables.

    Mix it and Fry it for 5-6 minutes.

    Your bhindi is ready.
  3. Steps for kadhi:
    Take one bowl add sour curd, besan, ginger garlic chilli paste and salt churn with hand blender pour 1 glass water or more for required consistency.

    Keep one kadhai on flame add oil mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves let all fried for a few minutes add asafoetida mix and immediately pour curd mixture into the tadka.

    Boil kadhi for 8-10 minutes stirred continuously. Add chopped coriander leaves. Now kadhi is ready to serve. Serve with pulav.
  4. Steps for white pulav:
    Heat up the oil in kadhai on medium flame. Add jeera and hing. then add onions and cook till it turns translucent. Now add carrots and capsicum, cook for a minute.

    Add green chillies and green peas. Mix well, add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well. Now add boiled potatoes and cooked basmati rice. Mix all well and cook for a minute. Turn off the flame.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
